Elevated Hertz Status Offer Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the "Elevated Hertz Status Offer Rules") form the basis of the Elevated Hertz Status Offer benefits offered by Marriott Bonvoy® and Hertz Gold Plus Rewards®. Your registration and participation in the Elevated Hertz Status Offer will be governed by these Elevated Hertz Status Offer Rules, the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards Terms and Conditions, and the Marriott Bonvoy Terms and Conditions, which are your responsibility to read and understand. By submitting an enrollment request form, participating in or availing yourself of the benefits of the Elevated Hertz Status Offer, you agree to be bound by these Elevated Hertz Status Offer Rules, the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards Terms and Conditions and the Marriott Bonvoy Terms and Conditions.

Offer for Marriott Bonvoy® Ambassador Elite Members

Qualification

Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite members can request to register in Hertz Gold Plus Rewards President's Circle® status. Enrollment in Hertz Gold Plus Rewards is required. The status will be in effect up to five business days after acceptance of the registration request. Marriott Bonvoy members with Ambassador Elite status who receive President's Circle status will retain this benefit as long as they maintain Ambassador Elite status within Marriott Bonvoy.

Offer for Marriott Bonvoy® Titanium Elite Members

Qualification

Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite members can request to register in Hertz Gold Plus Rewards Five Star® status. Enrollment in Hertz Gold Plus Rewards is required. The status will be in effect up to five business days after acceptance of the registration request. Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite members who receive Five Star status will retain this benefit as long as they maintain Titanium Elite status within Marriott Bonvoy.

With Hertz Five Star status, Titanium Elite members can:

    Offer for Marriott Bonvoy® Platinum Elite Members

    Qualification

    Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite members can request to register in fast track to Hertz Gold Plus Rewards Five Star® status. Enrollment in Hertz Gold Plus Rewards is required. Five Star status can be earned after 7 rentals within a twelve-month period from enrollment compared to 10 rentals normally required. Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite members who earn Five Star status will retain the benefit for twelve months after earned, and will need to qualify annually and maintain their Platinum Elite status within Marriott Bonvoy.

    Additional Terms

    All Hertz Gold Plus Rewards Terms and Conditions and Rental Terms and Conditions apply, including the right to change, limit or modify the Five Star and President's Circle Programs or portions of either program at any time.     General Terms and Conditions

    Marketing offers and materials, including rental coupons, will only be provided to members who permit Hertz to send them marketing offers and materials.

    By participating in the status benefit opportunity, you consent to Hertz and Marriott Bonvoy each sharing and receiving your Hertz Gold Plus Rewards and Marriott Bonvoy member data, including but not limited to account numbers, hotel data and car rental data, with and from Marriott Bonvoy and Hertz Gold Plus Rewards and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and agents. Such data will be used by Hertz and Marriott Bonvoy in connection with the status benefit opportunity and will be used individually by Hertz and Marriott Bonvoy in accordance with their respective privacy policies, which can be found at Marriott Bonvoy® privacy policy and Hertz privacy policy.

    Each of the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards program and Marriott Bonvoy reserves the right to determine the validity period of the status benefit offering, which may differ from the effective periods of the elite status generally offered by
    Marriott Bonvoy and Hertz Gold Plus Rewards. Both Hertz Gold Plus Rewards and Marriott Bonvoy have the right to terminate the status benefit opportunity or modify the same, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.

    A completed enrollment request from a member requesting an elevated Hertz status through the Elevated Hertz Status Offer is subject to review and determination by Hertz and/or Marriott Bonvoy as to whether the member qualifies for the elevated Hertz status, and status grant from such enrollment request is not guaranteed.
